- On behalf of a male director of a non-profit organization, Mr. Rich successfully negotiated, in mediation, a $105,000 settlement for pay discrimination because of the director’s gender and for retaliatory treatment;
- On behalf of a surgeon, Mr. Rich successfully negotiated a three-year employment agreement for a surgical position at a large hospital at a $600,000 annual salary; and
- On behalf of a physician, Mr. Rich successfully negotiated an employment agreement for an associate dean position at a large hospital at a $400,000 annual salary.
