Attorney David S. Rich is the founding attorney of Law Offices of David S. Rich, an Employment and Business Litigation law firm in New York, NY and in Englewood Cliffs, NJ.

He is a graduate of Columbia University School of Law and University of Pennsylvania. He has more than 20 years of experience representing executives and professionals and defending employers and businesses and in business and employment lawsuits and matters.

Mr. Rich litigates civil, commercial, employment and securities matters in federal and state courts in New York and in New Jersey, and arbitrates such matters before FINRA, the CFP Board, the state Office of Professional Discipline, and other arbitral bodies. Mr. Rich also litigates appeals.

He also represents companies and individuals in civil and commercial matters, including breach of contract, business torts, bankruptcy and adversary proceedings, civil racketeering, consumer fraud, business dissolution and other corporate litigation, franchisor-franchisee litigation, qui tam actions, proceedings to enforce money judgments, and post-divorce judgment proceedings.
